For some reason, both my male Madagascar Hissing Roaches died just before my female gave birth – that’s right! Hissing Roaches bear live young. In any case, I don’t know if it is normal for the females to outlive the males, or if mine died from too much sex, or what. Regardless, they are very interesting to watch.
